Siocnarf - Teardrop Trailer

Voici quelques informations sur la construction de ma roulotte.

J'ai entrepris se projet pour répondre à un besoin spécial.
Durant plusieurs années, j'utilisais mon véhicule comme campeur d'été (un MPV) mais elle a rendu l'âme!
Comme mon nouveau véhicule est une New Beetle, je ne pouvais plus dormir à l'intérieur (trop petit).
Les hôtels coutes cher et ne sont pas toujours bien placer.
En résumé, le camping me manquait mais surtout pas dans une tente!

Après plusieurs recherches, j'ai trouvé sur Internet des informations sur une petite remorque, qu'il appelait Teardrop trailer.
Quelques semaines de recherche sur Internet m'ont permis d'obtenir tout ce que j'avais de besoin pour en batir une.
À la réception d'un plan de construction le projet était parti.

La base de ma remorque est un Snowbear model 7000. Pret à copier le plan sur le contre plaqué.	The base of the trailer is a Snowbear model 7000. Ready to start copying the plan on the plywood.
Première coupe des cotés. Ils ont été découpé à la scie circulaire. Le care représente la position de la future porte.	First cut of the side. They were cut with a circular saw!
J'ai enfin une porte. Tous les rebords ont été sablés et plusieurs morceaux ont été coupés.	The door opening. All the edges have been sanded and cut a lot of pieces.
Autre angle de vue. Le plancher est non preparé. J'ai décidé de ne faire qu'une porte pour raison de solidité!	Other angle. The floor is still not prepared. I decided to make do one door, question of solidity!
Ma soeur regarde la grandeur de la remorque. Les bancs au fond, représente le fond de la partie lit!	My sister check the size of of the trailer. I used a set of chairs as a model to show the size of the sleeping area!
J'ai fait le mur du fond (ce qui était les bancs)! Il vas servir à soutenir les cotés et à éviter les mouvements de torsions.	The back wall had been cut! They are use to support the side wall and reduce any torsion movements from the trailer.

Idem. Les bancs tienne les cotés temporairement	The chairs is supporting the wall.
Préparation du plancher! Il a été renforcé et scellé avec du Polyuréthane!	Mounting the floor! I strengthen and sealed it with Polyurethane product!
Tous les morceaux sont enfin collés et vissés	All pieces are finally glued and screwed!

Bien centré sur le toit.	Vent will be straigh in the middle.

Installation des supports transversale et du plafond (arche).	Installation of the front support with the ceiling.

On isole le tout! J'ai utilisé des tuiles isolants pour faux plafond.	Insulating the roof! I have use temporary insulated ceiling tiles.
Installation du toit. Le contre plaqué ne voulait pas prendre la courbe.	Installing the roof. It is hard to bent the plywood refusing to take the curve.

Tous les trouts sont remplis et le ruband de pourtour est en place	Patch all holes and tape is set in place with Epoxy.
